LO SPECCHIO
In the center of the wall, a rotating mirror captures the morning light, producing a photographic scene with a backdrop of a large carob tree.
Due to its ability to reflect light and images, the mirror is a means of capturing the sunrise through a tall, narrow window. The amplified beam captures the light and sends it back to the bathing subject.
The viewer contemplates the reflected image of the light on the loved one.
Lo Specchio is a double room on the garden side, with entrance from a courtyard overlooking the sea and a window overlooking the carob tree. The room has a separate WC room, washbasin and designer bathtub en suite (hand shower).
