Rifugio Lanzagallo carries all the traditional forms and spaces of the most typical "masserias" in southern Sicily: the stone structure, the arches, the views onto the sea, the main rock courtyard and the smaller courtyards surrounded by dry walls. All this is guided by the respect and love for the environment, thanks to the energy of the sun and the modern ecological construction techniques used.
